Ongoing senior-level advisory support for institutions that need sustained executive capacity without adding another full-time executive. Retainers begin at $6,000 per month and include up to 6 hours of Alton James's advisory time per month, typically scheduled in 60-minute blocks or used flexibly for executive calls, review, analysis, and decision support. Scope may include accreditation and authorization strategy, academic operations, program development, governance, strategic planning, AI strategy, workforce innovation, and institutional change.
